Methodology
Recognition should reflect professional confidence, not advertising spend.
The pilot uses verified peer nominations as the primary signal. A doctor may nominate colleagues only in areas where the nominator has relevant professional knowledge. We apply minimum sample thresholds before publishing a category.

Verify nominators. Registration and professional identity are checked before a vote is counted.

Ask referral questions. “Who would you refer a close family member to for this clinical problem?”

Control for bias. Self-votes, duplicate votes and suspicious nomination clusters are excluded.

Apply evidence thresholds. Small samples produce “Recognised” lists rather than fine-grained tiers.

Separate editorial and commercial teams. Doctors cannot pay for ranking, inclusion or a higher tier.
